This is a full-time in-house position at our Apollo location Payrate:

00 per hour Join our team of Customer Care Coordinator as we expand to help referrals and patients obtain the medical equipment they need.
Our CCC's take the calls quickly, create orders, verify insurance and have financial obligation conversations with patients.
It is a fast paced office where a multi-tasking individual with solid verbal and written communication skills will be a valued part of the team.
Good memory and retention skills are extremely helpful.
Applicants must be able to take on-call once training is completed on a rotating basis.
We seek a person with excellent follow-up skills, the ability to explain products, deductible and copays and other related information in a clear manner.
Job Duties Include:
Answer telephones and receive orders.
Processes and completes orders daily Verifies insurance's and correctly enters them into system Coordinate patient information and process paperwork to enable the billing department to submit bills in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain patient files as required by policy and procedure.
Coordinate deliveries of product to patient homes.
Obtain authorization from insurance as needed.
Send CMN with orders Complete intake worksheet on each patient in Brightree note template Confirm refills, exchanges, pick ups.
Check all paperwork and enter patients into the system on a timely basis for billing.
Batch paperwork daily and forward to the MedForce file or bin.
Make and organize patient setup packets.
Identify necessary reinstructs on HME or RT within 72 hours of set up.
Provide recommendations and suggestions to all callers and patients in order to satisfy their needs and increase our sales.
Upon delivery, make arrangements for collection of co-pay or deductibles, at time of order.
Communicates with referral sources obtaining patient information pertinent to the ordering process.
Understands that they are accountable for their performance of their job responsibilities and are compliant with the laws and regulations presented by Advacare Home Services in the form of meetings, written handouts, quizzes, or other learning opportunities, and therefore ensures that the critical areas of information required by their job is documented properly and maintains a 95% accuracy on their audits Education/
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in Customer Relations required and/or health care industry preferred.
Experience/Knowledge:
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have personal computer skills and be able to operate a multiple line telephone system.
Must have the ability to file, perform accounting functions, maintain records, and understand reimbursement requirements.
Knowledgeable in all major insurance carrier reimbursement guidelines and eligibility for coverage by third party payors.
Familiar with all lines of equipment and supplies to meet customer needs.
