The Service Advisor/Writer is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below:
Job Responsibilities Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
Keep customers up-to-date on the work progress of their unit.
Manage accounts receivable on your customer list.
Job Skills Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, and who is detail orientated with speed and accuracy.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
